GDPR
Obligation to provide information concerning personal data protection.
Pursuant to Article 13, paras. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the ‘GDPR’), we wish to inform you that:

the controller of the data provided shall be the Silesian Cultural Centre in Nakło Śląskie, 1 Parkowa Street; 42-620 Nakło Śląskie;

the purpose of data processing is to ensure that the correspondence is properly recorded, stored and protected against damage, destruction or loss, and the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR and Article 6(1) of the Act on National Archive Resources and Archives;

providing your personal data is a statutory requirement and is obligatory, and the consequence of failing to provide such data is lack of consideration of the case, including correspondence;

given data shall be stored for the period resulting from the archival category, according to the Consistent Itemised File List;

the data shall not be disclosed to entities other than those authorized by law;

You shall have the right to demand access to your data and the right to rectify them;

you shall have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body, should you conclude that the processing of your personal data infringes on the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation or national legislation;
